yes i need to fill an empty room by 4/1 (possibly 5/1)

the place is in greenfield, MA
sunny 2nd floor apt, just me and future housemate in a large 2 BR apt downtown.

there is living room, kitchen, bathroom, yard, lots of LPs.

$385 month, incl heat, off st parking, recycling. there is free wireless avail. great spot! no cigarettes please. animals ok.

just 20 min from northampton, 30 min from amherst, 30 min from brattleboro VT, 1 1/2 hr to boston/cambridge, 1 hr to worcester, 3 hrs to NYC
